We love comments from players and take your feedback very seriously! We want this to be a fun place for FarmVille players to share their thoughts on new features so that we can keep making our game even better.
To encourage Farmers to join the discussion, the FarmVille Community Team will be selecting a Comment of the Week every Friday. Comment on any of our posts on this blog throughout the week to be automatically considered for the Comment of the Week award! Top Commenters will receive 50 Farm Cash—and yes, you can win more than once!
Comment of the Week Contest Guidelines
Want to get in on this and win some Farm Cash? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Comments that are constructive. You have great ideas on how to make the game better—share them!
- Comments that are specific. It’s a lot easier for us to take your feedback into consideration if you can give us specific thoughts about a feature, rather than just the game in general.
- Comments that are relevant. Post your feedback on a feature in the comments under the feature’s guide, and when you’re commenting on a feature guide, make sure your comments relate to that feature!
The following types of comments are subject to deletion by our Community Team:
- “Help! My game is broken!” If you are experiencing an issue with your game, the fastest way to get help is to visit the Zynga Help & Support page. We’ve even included a helpful link at the top of our blog for your convenience!
- Comments that are excessively negative or disrespectful. Blog comments must be civil and where possible, they should be courteous. The FarmVille Blog is a place for positive and constructive interactions between people that play FarmVille or that have an interest in FarmVille.
- Comments that are off-topic. We’re looking for comments to help us make the game better. To do that, comments need to be about FarmVille and the newest features in it. This includes advertising for other sites.
- Anything that violates the Zynga Terms of Service. You can re-read those here.
How We’ll Announce Winners:
Every Friday starting on February 1, 2013, we’ll share the Comment of the Week on this blog. We’ll also announce that we’ve selected a winner on our Facebook Fan Page. Be sure to check back often!
If You Are a Winner:
In order to be eligible to collect your prize, you must sign in to comment using your Facebook account. This is the only way we will be able to know who you are and get your Farm Cash to you!
